By accessing or using Fieldr ("the Service"), operated by Fieldr, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fieldr is an environmental compliance management platform that helps industrial facilities manage inspections, permits, corrective actions, monitoring data, and regulatory reporting. The Service includes web-based tools, AI-powered analysis features ("Sprig AI"), and offline capabilities.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use Fieldr. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Keep your password secure and not share it with third parties
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Fieldr offers paid subscription plans billed per site on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • A 14-day free trial provides full access to Professional-tier features
  • After the trial, accounts become read-only until a subscription is activated
  • Subscription upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
  • AI credits are allocated per site per month and do not roll over

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload or create within Fieldr ("Your Data"). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over Your Data. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You may export or delete Your Data at any time through the Settings > Privacy page.

6. AI Features

Sprig AI features use artificial intelligence to assist with compliance analysis, report generation, and environmental data interpretation. AI-generated outputs are informational only and do not constitute legal, regulatory, or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying all AI-generated content before use in regulatory submissions or compliance decisions.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimers

Fieldr is a compliance management tool and does not provide legal or regulatory advice. Compliance decisions remain your responsibility.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your subscription through the Settings > Billing page. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, during which you may export it. After the retention period, your data will be permanently deleted unless legally required to be retained.

11. Governing Law

[LAWYER REVIEW REQUIRED] — These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
