Each Sprig AI tool uses 1–10 credits depending on complexity. Simple queries like compliance summaries use 1–2 credits. Complex tasks like exceedance forecasting or agency letter drafts use 5–10 credits. Credits reset on the first of each month.

Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.

Your account becomes read-only — you can still view all your data, but you can't create new inspections, tasks, or reports. Subscribe to any plan to restore full access. We never delete your data.

Yes. Fieldr is built on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security, encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Auth.js for authentication with bcrypt password hashing, optional 2FA, and session management. SOC 2 compliance is on our roadmap.

Yes. Fieldr includes a CSV import wizard for sites, monitoring data, waste records, and more. Our Professional plan adds lab data import and document scanning (OCR). We can also assist with bulk data migration for Enterprise customers.
