Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (built on AWS) for database storage with automatic backups. Role-based access control limits who can see what. SSO/SAML is available on Enterprise plans.

You do. Fieldr is a tool for managing your compliance data — we never claim ownership. You can export all your data at any time via CSV or the API.

Yes. Every list page has an Export button for CSV download. The compliance binder generates branded PDFs. Enterprise plans include full API access. GDPR data export is available in Settings → Privacy.

Fieldr is hosted on Vercel (serverless) with the database on Supabase (AWS us-west-2). All infrastructure is in the United States.

When you start an inspection, Fieldr captures your GPS coordinates and compares them to the site location. If you're within 500 meters, the inspection is GPS-verified. This proves you were physically on-site.
